Student Care is a licensed, out of school enrichment program offering affordable, educational, family and school partnerships with highly trained staff and evidence-based curriculum. All children enrolled in Eastmont, Wenatchee and Cascade School Districts ages 5-12 all have access to Before School, After School and Vacation Day options for childcare at our school age sites in the districts. Busing from the school to the program is provided along with daily snacks, STEM activities and field trips. Spots are limited and registration is first come first serve.

Vale Elementary School - After School Program only (Dismissal Bell - 6:00pm)
Registration will open 9/24/25 at 8am, online only. Please see the "Prepare for Registration” link to ensure you are ready to register.
Spots are limited. Once capacity is reached, all additional families will be placed on a waitlist.

After School Care: Dismissal Bell-6:00pm
No School Days/Holiday Breaks: 6:30am-6:00pm
Summer Edventure: 7:00am-6:00pm
All students must be picked up by 6PM.
*Transportation after the bell is provided by the school districts but is the responsibility of the parent to request and inform the transportation department.

Childcare invoices will be available to pay on the 1st of the month. There will be a grace period though the 5th, anything after the 5th will be considered "late". If you are set up with automatic payments, your payment will pull on the 1st of each month. If you would like to be set up with automatic payments, please add a billing method to your account and reach out to childcareadmin@wenymca.org to confirm setup.

All Child Care registrations take place online. Please click the “Login” button at the top of the screen to either create a profile or log into an existing one.
All registrations for the 2025-2026 are waitlisted (excluding Vale). Please register online for our waitlist. As soon as a spot is available, the Director of Child Care will reach out to you via email. Please see “Prepare for Registration” to ensure you have everything you need for registration.
