Our YMCA offers a wide variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer land and water group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates.

Group Exercise classes are included with your YMCA membership. We invite community members to pay a day pass fee to join any Group Exercise class.

    • Mommy & Me - Strengthen your body, bond with your kiddo, and have fun together! Our Mommy & Me class keeps moms moving and kids entertained through engaging, interactive workouts designed for both of you. Kids ages 0-10 welcome!

    • Gentle Alignment - An early morning class that gently and safely stretches you awake. Learn how to practice beginner yoga, while laughing with joy.

    • Tai Chi - A combination of gentle flow movements, mindful breathing, focus on mind-body connection, balance and coordination. Benefits of Tai Chi improves strength and balance, mental and emotional well-being, cognitive function and over all wellness.

    • Yoga - Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress. Poses combined with proper breathing can help strengthen and relax the mind, body and spirit. Hatha and Vinyasa (flow) styles are often used in these classes.

    • Stretch & Balance - Move with confidence in this class designed to improve flexibility and balance at a comfortable pace. Through gentle stretches and targeted exercises, you’ll build core strength and support joint health—perfect for all fitness levels.

    • Roll & Stretch - A low-impact recovery class using foam rollers and mats to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.

    • Untamed Circuit - Unleash your inner Beast Mode with this explosive full body workout!

    • Cardio Strength - This interval-based class incorporates strength and cardiovascular conditioning in one class. Use of resistance equipment, cardio and dynamic stretch is designed to increase muscle tone, boost metabolism by elevating your heart rate, improving strength, and enhance flexibility.

    • Pilates - Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body control in this low-impact, full-body workout. This class focuses on precise movements, proper alignment, and controlled breathing to build long, lean muscles and better posture.

    • Burn & Build - This high-energy workout blends HIIT with circuit training to burn fat, build strength, and improve stamina. Each week varies, focusing on cardio, upper body, or total-body circuits. All classes are coached for form, safety, and personalized intensity.

    • Fit For All - This total body workout, using weights, bands, and body weight, combined with a 10-minute core workout, ending with a 15-minute gentle stretch using yoga straps.

    • Power Circuit - Build strength for real life in this functional fitness class designed to improve how you move every day—think bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling with confidence. Using dynamic, full-body movements, you’ll boost strength, balance, and coordination all at once.

    • HIIT & Core - Push your limits in this high-energy, total-body workout that blends powerful cardio bursts with focused core strengthening. You’ll alternate between intense effort and quick recovery to boost your endurance, stability, and overall fitness.

    • Mobility Basics - This is a feel‑good class that uses small props and guided movements to improve mobility while building core strength and muscular endurance. You’ll tone your muscles, enhance stability, and move with greater confidence.

    • Power Toning - A complete body workout that utilizes high repetitions and multiple sets, targeting each major muscle group. Resistance equipment is offered as part of this class to help participants increase their resting metabolism, redefine body composition, and improve bone health.

    • Strong - This class combines high-intensity interval training with Synced Music Motivation, where music and moves align to push you beyond your limits. Moves can be easily modified, allowing participants to work at their own pace.

    • Women’s Power Hour - Come join a woman's only group fitness class! We will focus on maintaining muscle and building stronger bones. Together we will build confidence with full body workouts.

Use of resistance equipment, cardio and dynamic stretch is designed to increase muscle tone, boost metabolism by elevating your heart rate, improving strength, and enhance flexibility.
