At the Sustainable Bike Co-Op, our workshops provide hands-on opportunities to learn bike maintenance, repair, and safe riding skills in a supportive community environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist, our educational programs empower you to ride with confidence while promoting sustainability and bike accessibility for all.

  • The Sustainable NCW CoOp on the Go (COG) project helped launch and develop the Sustainable Bike Co-Op, including the purchase of tools, a truck, and a trailer.

    From 2024–2026, CoOp on the Go operated as a mobile bike repair and education program bringing pop-up workshops and programming to communities throughout Chelan and Douglas Counties, including schools, farmers markets, libraries, and bike corrals at community events.

    Sustainable NCW's CoOp on the Go project is funded by Ecology with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington's climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health.

  • Teens Biking to Destinations is a free bike education program for middle and high school students.

    Youth who complete the program are eligible to receive a new bike, helmet, lock, and set of lights.

    We run our After School Bike Club in partnership with Wenatchee CAFÉ.
