This program is designed to enhance basketball skills as well as improve coordination, teamwork fundamentals, and friendly competition in a fun and encouraging environment.

+Y FIT KIDS (Ages 8-11)

Our mission is to get our local youth more active and healthy by exercising, eating healthy, and have fun together! This is a (6) Week Program is offered once a quarter.

Fall Session: To Be Announced

Your child will:

  • Exercise twice a week
  • Experience interval & strength training
  • Learn the importance of healthy food choices

Parents - Have your child come dressed to work out and have fun!

+GYMNASIUM

(Open Gym, Bouldering Wall, & Sportwall)

Family Open Gym may be used for activities such as basketball, volleyball, or family games. Our bouldering wall is open during these times on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (until 7:30 pm) and Saturday.

Gym Schedule

M/W/F: 6:40 PM – 8:00 PM

Sat: 9:00 AM – 10:50 AM

Sun: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
