YOU, ME and DISCOVERY (Ages 2-4)
This parent and me course will support your 2, 3, or 4 year old in their discover of the world through STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) while providing you with tips, tricks, and experiments to use at home. Enjoy quality time supporting your child’s development while meeting other parents.

Y FIT KIDS (Ages 8-11)
Our Y-FIT Kids Program promotes age appropriate fitness, health and nutrition while having fun!

Experience interval & strength training

Our mission is to get our local youth more active and healthy by exercising, eating healthy, and have fun together! This is a (6) Week Program is offered once a quarter.

HYPE! - HOMESCHOOL PE (Ages 6-16)
Introducing HYPE! A PE program for homeschoolers ages 6 to 16 with set curriculum including; games to develop strength and coordination, health and nutrition education, learning the basics of team sports, and have a lot of fun! Kids will spend one hour at the YMCA with a Homeschool PE coach with (2) age appropriate groups.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND (Grades 6-9)
This new, collaborative program will guide and benefit teens by:
Building a Strong Self Esteem & Confidence Learning life skills for being Authentic in Friendship Developing their own Purpose Being Excited about their Future Social Leadership Skills & Tools to help Deflate Bullying
Two, 8 weeks sessions begin September 27th to November 15th
Fridays from 3:30pm -4:30pm OR 4:45pm- 5:45pm
A $10 Registration fee is required and up to $190 scholarship awarded for those in financial hardship. Scholarships are provided to the first twelve teens who register. A simple application is all that is needed. Scholarships are funded by area businesses and grants, because our teens are important! Scholarship Application

Uplift (teen fitness certification)
The safety and welfare of every child in our facilities is of the utmost importance for the Y administration. To that effect, the following policy will help us protect and care for your child while they are with us.
All members under age 13 must be in a structured activity, such as After School Program, Babysitting, Youth/Teen Center, Youth Sports, Open Youth Swim, Swim Lessons, or directly supervised at all times by an adult family member, age 21 and older.
Youth ages 11 and up are permitted in the Fitness Center with direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Youth ages 11-15 (or grades 6-9) must complete Uplift to be permitted in the Fitness Center or allowed to participate in adult Group Exercise classes without a parent or guardian.
Members 16 and older may use the Y facility and services without parental supervision.
