+Health & Fitness Center (Ages 16 & Older)

We have more than 40 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, functional training areas, machine circuit and a free weight area with a variety of work stations. Youth age 11-15 may use the Fitness Center if they are under the direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Uplift graduates may participate without adult supervision.

+Teen Center (Grades 6-12) opening 10/15

Starting October 15th, our Teen Center will be open from 3pm - 8pm for teens 6th-12th grades.

The Teen Center provides teens with a safe place to be themselves in their own space with our talented and compassionate teen staff. We will have the various targeted daily, weekly and monthly activities/clubs to choose from along with the typical table games (pool, air hockey, ping-pong, and foosball), and even STEM activities!
